Rick has been a Client Advocate at the Centre since 2010. As a result of having suffered a lifelong disconnect with his own father Rick became determined and passionate about motivating a new generation of young men to learn from their past. When Rick is not touching the lives of men at the Centre, he can be found cooking, gardening, doing home DYI projects.
My name is Annette Mitchell. I was raised in the Bancroft area in a Christian family. My childhood was filled with spending lots of hours outdoors which fostered memories of feeling God’s presence in these times. I would see Him through nature and knew that life was precious and God had a purpose for me. This is one of the first ways that God spoke to my heart and drew me to Him.
Claire has been working in this position since 2015 and is a great match for her role as she loves making anything and learning from others. As a child she travelled to many parts of the world with her father’s work and developed and interest to learn new things about different cultures. As an English woman abroad she feels very much a part of the team and considers that a privilege. The other joys of her life are her husband and two adult children and their partners. She and her husband became grandparents in 2015 and enjoy spending time with their family.

In her free time, Karen loves to golf, read, swim and hang out with her friends and family.
